Celebrating Community and Collaboration at NUE

This past month has been filled with meaningful collaborations and events at NUE, reinforcing our commitment to community and culinary excellence.
Coming Together with Our Community
We were honored to join Ellie Bird in Chef’s Best, a Food & Friends event, alongside 33 incredible local restaurants. Together, we served over 600 guests and helped raise nearly $900,000 to support Food & Friends in their mission to provide nutritious meals to our community members in need.
Celebration of Culture
Additionally, NUE proudly catered a special reception for the Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center (APAC), celebrating “Reflection, Resilience, and Reimagination: 50 Years of Southeast Asian American Journey,” hosting 100 guests in honor of Asian Pacific American Heritage.
An Honor to Support
We were also privileged to cater Congressman Derek Tran’s reception on April 30th, further extending our support to meaningful community gatherings.
