I am incredibly humbled and honored to have seen our dream of NUE come to life, and it’s all thanks to our amazing team. Special thanks must be extended to our talented performers, models, assistants, and of course, our Executive Chef Daniel Le and my beloved mother. Together, they stayed up late into the nights, meticulously crafting a menu that perfectly echoes our culinary aspirations—reimagining traditional favorites with a modern and creative flair.
